Saskatchewan Speech Template

From time to time, because of my job, I'm asked to make impromptu comments or a speech at events I've attended. This is fairly new to me, but after a year on the job I think I've finally figured out the key messages.

1) Talk about how happy you are to live in Saskatchewan and how much it has grown and changed since you last lived here (mention the historic life-altering Rolling Stones Concert of 2006 or the upcoming AC/DC).
2) Make a disparaging remark about Toronto (traffic, cost of living, price of houses usually work well) or simply refer to Ontario as Onterrible.
3) Make a joke about the horrible Winter.
4) Most importantly, always end any public speaking appearance with "Go Riders"
